Welcome to Buy-U Candles web site!
Our Candles are made from Paraffin wax which makes
the scent last for hours. They are carefully hand poured
and are made between Welsh and Lacassine, Louisiana down Ardoin Cove Road.
The shop is off the Lacassine Bayou. The wax has Additives to insure the
quality and performance of the product. These Additives increase the
longevity and safety of the product.
Our candles are highly scented and are able to fill an entire room with aroma. Our candles will liquefy and burn all the way down. Our wax is a clean-burning wax blend. We use the maximum fragrance release and the wicks are lead free. A few slightly more premium candles, are made from wax that holds 1.5 oz of fragrance oil per pound and are what some candle makers call “triple scented” candles.
Wax
is like a sponge. It can only hold so much fragrance oil. After the maximum
of fragrance oil is mixed in the candle the fragrance oil will seep out of
the wax like water dripping out of wet sponge. So even if another candle
maker wanted to add more fragrance oil, it would run out.
